Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the bidding information collection
- Prepare all bill of quantity for the whole project and vendor report
- Prepare monthly progress report and progress claim to Consultant
- Call for supplier/subcontractor quotation and compare with tender details
- Verify subscontractors and suppliers claim and prepare interim payment certificate
- Responsible for the quality/accordance to the specification of the works
- Check all new drawings for variations works
- Reponsible for collecting, sorting and checking of bidding calculation of quantities
- Organize subcontract price and negotiations
- Compile bidding quotations and submit to department manager to review
- Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superiors
- Any other duties not mentioned above as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in equivalent qualification
- Individual of the highest caliber who are confident, driven & with excellent interpersonal skills
