Quantity Surveyors

Responsibilities:

• Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation
• Knowledge of electrical products and costings
• Updating contract documents, drawings, and correspondences
• Submission of progress claims and site valuations
• Preparation of Variation Order for submission
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients
• Ensure timely completion of an assign tender

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of QS experience
• Computer skills - Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words. AutoCAD, etc.)
• Independent, resourceful, pro-active and responsible
• Work under tight timeline
• Must be team player
