Quantity Surveyors

The responsibilities of Quantity Surveyors are provided below:

1. Quantity take off, cost estimate, contract administrations and support in tender exercise.

2. Responsible for preparation and timely submission of claims including re-measurement of quantities, variations order including track changes on site, budget and cost control and settlement of final account.

3. To ensure timely submission of progress payments and receipt of payment responses from main contractors. Also make sure the workdone certified by the main contractor is tally with actual workdone carried out on site.

4. Preparation of tender evaluation, conduct negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers and award of subcontracts.

5. To monitor and keep track of the project expensed and try to optimize the project profit.

6. Any other adhoc duties when required.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree , related in Construction
- At least 5 year related working experience in Building Construction
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
