Responsibilities:- Lead the development and delivery of cutting-edge products from concept to mass production.
Design electro-mechanical subsystems, micro-mechanisms, and transmission systems with precision and innovation.- Collaborate with manufacturing teams and part suppliers throughout the product lifecycle in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate the construction of prototypes and pilot-run articles to ensure high-quality production standards.
- Evaluate and review vendor performance to maintain quality and efficiency in the supply chain.
Lead project discussions and provide technical guidance as needed to drive project success.- Perform additional duties as assigned by the company to support overall business objectives.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Solid Designer.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in mechanism or automation design are preferred.
Expertise in sheet metal, injection molded, and rubber parts design.- Solid understanding and application of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Experience in performing stack tolerance analysis to ensure product reliability and performance.
- Excellent team player with a strong passion for innovative design.
Willingness to participate in overseas attachments as required.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) and design for assembly (DFA) principles.- Familiarity with materials and manufacturing processes related to sheet metal and injection molding.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
