Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and oversee R&D projects, ensuring completion within scope, time, and budget.
• Set project goals, milestones, and KPIs to monitor and evaluate progress.
• Identify new technologies and trends to drive ongoing innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing R&D team, cultivating a collaborative and dynamic environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to promote team growth and development.
• Oversee the design, development, and testing of products, ensuring they meet market standards and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and manufacturing teams for smooth product integration and launches.
• Manage the R&D budget effectively, optimizing resources and expenses.
• Ensure all R&D activities align with regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering or any related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience (preferably in Electronics or Computer Hardware)
• Proficiency in ORCAD/Cadence Allegro or similar tools.
• Experience with graphics card or CPU design is preferred.
• Adaptable and thrives under pressure.
