Responsibilities
Job Description
- Plan, execute, and oversee R&D projects, ensuring completion within scope, time, and budget.
- Set project goals, milestones, and KPIs to monitor and evaluate progress.
- Identify new technologies and trends to drive ongoing innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing R&D team, cultivating a collaborative and dynamic environment.
- Provide technical support and guidance to promote team growth and development.
- Oversee the design, development, and testing of products, ensuring they meet market standards and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate closely with product management, marketing, and manufacturing teams for smooth product integration and launches.
- Manage the R&D budget effectively, optimizing resources and expenses.
- Ensure all R&D activities align with regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or any related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience (preferably in Electronics or Computer Hardware);
- Proficiency in ORCAD/Cadence Allegro or similar tools.
- Experience with graphics card or CPU design is preferred.
- Adaptable and thrives under pressure.
