• Ensure a high-quality end-product from Raw to Crust, according to the highest industry standards and specific properties.
• Develop, improve and test new tanning recipe.
• Monitor tanning batches for recipe and process fine tuning.
• Troubleshoot tanning issues, propose and implement action plan.
• Involved in daily tanning operations.
• Provide training to operators.

Job Requirements

• Experience in sustainable and environmentally friendly tanning, coating and finishing leather process
• Knowledge of hazardous substances
• Good color sense
• Good communication skills
