Racking Operator

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

. Perform daily task safely and effectively for racking and un-racking process

. Perform and complete the assigned duties in timely manner

. Prepare the required jigs according to Work Instruction

. Refer to PIS to calculate the plated part quantity for each carton and the lose quantity

. Maintain the work area clean, safe and organized (5S)

. Execute daily production activities on the production line according to work instructions.

. Work as part of the team and work with others to maximize productivity and efficiency.

CORE SKILL

. Experience in manufacturing/production environment

. Racking & Unracking Knowledge

. Basic math and good in calculation skill

. Able to calculate with a fast speed during production line

. Experience in manufacturing/production environment

. Able to work well with a fast pace

. Good in eyesight

• Must be able to work in a non-air-conditioned environment and stand for extended periods.
• Physical labor is required, including manual tasks such as lifting and shifting.
• Working days: Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 5:25 pm)
• Must be available for overtime when required.
