Corporate Development Manager opportunity in the Real Estate Industry (Up to $13,000 per month)

Your new company
My client is a global real estate investment and property management company with a portfolio focused on the hospitality sector.

To support its growth, the team is looking for a Corporate Development Manager to support business decision-making and corporate planning.

Your new role
The Corporate Development Manager will play a critical role in supporting business stakeholders and managing comprehensive reporting for the board.
This role will involve corporate & business planning, strategic analysis, and reporting, with a focus on optimising financial performance and aligning financial strategies with our business objectives. Here's a snippet of the JD:

Business Planning & Analysis
  • Coordinate and lead processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and assess the impact of various scenarios.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with Asset Managers, Corporate Finance and external hotel and property managers
Reporting & Communication
  • Prepare and present financial reports, analyses, and recommendations to the board and other key stakeholders.
  • Create and manage comprehensive reporting packages, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Corporate Planning
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Evaluate financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Stakeholder Support
  • Partner with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide guidance on financial matters.
  • Assist in the development of business cases and financial justifications for new initiatives and projects.
  • Act as a key advisor to business units on financial strategies and planning processes.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for an FP&A candidate with a minimum of 6 years experience in a similar function within the Hospitality/Real Estate/Consulting industry.

You should also possess a degree in Business Management/Finance/Accounting and/or equivalent qualifications.
