Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in day-to-day facility management operations
  • Support the development and maintenance of facility management plans
  • Help coordinate maintenance schedules and vendor services
  • Participate in space planning and optimization projects
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing facility-related costs and budgets
  • Support sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives
  • Help maintain facility management databases and documentation
  • Assist in conducting facility audits and inspections
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Interest in facility management and real estate operations
  • Availability to work [X] hours per week for [X] months

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework in facility management, real estate, or related fields
  • Familiarity with Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) software
  • Basic understanding of building systems and maintenance practices
  • Previous internship or work experience in facility management or real estate
