Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our investment team in evaluating and executing real estate investment opportunities. The successful candidate will play a key role in conducting thorough due diligence, leading deal execution, and forging and maintaining strategic business partnerships with fund managers and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and perform due diligence on real estate investment opportunities
- Lead deal execution and documentation
- Assist the board in developing and maintaining new business partnerships with fund managers and developers
- Perform extensive research, financial modelling, valuation and other financial analysis
- Prepare investor marketing materials and work closely with business development team on investor engagement strategies
- Monitor, manage and track progress of existing mandates
- Provide general support across investor marketing events, investor communication, product partner and internal stakeholder engagement
- Create and maintain proprietary databases
- Provide guidance and training to junior team members
Candidate Requirements
- Strong knowledge of the capital markets industry, particularly in the real estate sector
- 5-7 years of experience in real estate investing or corporate finance experience
- Prior experience in the investment team of a reputable private equity real estate firm will be an advantage
- Knowledgeable in Australia and international real estate markets will be added advantage
- Adept in financial modelling and possess a keen sense of numbers with excellent financial analysis skills
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- Self-driven team player who is able to work independently and within a team environment to drive positive outcomes
- Good university degree preferably in the area of finance, accounting or real estate
- Only Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered
