Real Estate Researcher(Flexible working hours and location)
Responsibilities:
- Collect real estate information through online resources and real estate websites.
- Collect market data and project information by communicating with real estate agents.
- Conduct market research, information collection, collation and analysis of property market performance.
- Source, identify suitable investment target of real estate.
- Conduct site inspection to target projects to assess market potential and investment value.
- Prepare comprehensive real estate investment reports to assist in decision-making.
- Prepare real estate market research reports
- Complete other work assigned by superiors
Requirements:
- Degree in any relevant field
- Experience in the real estate field
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (required for our client communications), with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with Singapore's real estate market and industry trends.
- Proficient in using various office software.
