Working Hrs: 42hrs/weekly
Responsibilities:
. Manning of General office counter during school office hours
. Provide support in administrative work that include simple sorting of
documents, filing and data entry
. Render first aid to injured students coming to the General office
. Any other administrative tasks assigned by the Administration
Manager and school leaders.
Qualifications:
. O level certification
. 2 years experience in similar receptionist or counter jobs, with
experience working in a Primary school context.
. Basic knowledge in computer skills, such as Microsoft Word and
Microsoft Excel
