Job description- Performs daily walk through of the multi-functional space, conference rooms and general office area and ensure set up for use/occupancy according to checklist
Ensure reception area are well maintained- Performing day to day administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, filling of document
Manage and update space reservations in calendar system
- Answer incoming calls and updating of space booking status
Track and follow up on activities and simple introduction of event space to walkin clients- Provides coverage for the front desk and fulfil receptionist role
Assist in preparing quotations and invoices when required
- Assist in updating booking system, website and social media with relevant information
Other adhoc duties as and when required by the management
Highly motivated, good working attitude, good customer service and sense of responsibilities- Positive mindset and a solution focused approach
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to converse fluently in English & Mandarin
Possess excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
Proficient in social media platforms (eg. Facebook, Instagram, Wechat, TikTok etc)- Experience in updating system, website and social media will an added advantage
At least a Diploma (Preferred)
