Key Responsibilities:The Services required are set out as follows:
Full-Time Receptionist cum Admin Assistant:
- Provide front-line customer service (deals with walk-ins and phone queries) for School and MOE Kindergarten.
Provide administrative support such as contacting parents, printing, scanning, photocopying, filing, data entry & data collation, including manning of the schools generic email account.- Handling of students who are not feeling well, injured, late comers and early dismissals.
Carry out any other administrative duties assigned by School Leaders, Administration Manager and Operation Manager.
- Qualifications and Skills:
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- Possess minimum 3 GCE N Level Passes or Nitec or Higher Nitec in relevant courses such as Office skills/Customer relations or equivalent.
Proficient in computer applications such as Ms Word, Excel etc.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.- At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration and/or customer relationship management, preferably with prior working experience in an educational institution.
Able to relate well with young children.
