Reception
1. Manage the reception counter at the school's General Office in accordance to MOE's and the school's operating procedures, rules, and regulations.
2. Keep the reception counter clean, tidy and presentable and maintain the necessary stationery, forms and material at the counter.
3. Perform customer service role in answering, screening, forwarding or taking down messages of incoming phone calls in a polite, respectful and professional manner.
4. Provide customer service support to walk-in students, teachers, parents, visitors and school stakeholders in a polite, respectful and professional manner with care and empathy.
5. Attend to unwell or injured students and render first aid if needed.
6. Contact parents of unwell students to be taken home or students who have been absent from school.
7. Maintain the sick bay including first aid supplies
8. Administer lost and found items and maintain records.
9. Maintain safety and security by directing visitors, including contractors, delivery men, parents, etc to wait at the designated waiting area and call relevant staff to meet or pick them up.
10. Liaise and work with the Security Officer to ensure that approval is granted by school before any student is allowed to leave school early.
General Administration
1. Handle general office administrative tasks such as receiving and directing of incoming mails/packages and goods, managing and distributing notifications and letters to teachers trays, filing, collating and printing of documents.
2. Attend to outgoing and incoming faxes.
3. Maintain the mail trays and form trays in the General Office.
4. Monitor and collate submission of forms by students.
5. Pack and distribute information, posters, leaflets etc. for students and teachers.
6. Support in sign-in and sign-out of coaches and instructors and relief teachers attendance.
7. During off-peak period, support back-end Admin in general admin work.
8. Support housekeeping for admin office and stores.
9. Assist in data entry, record keeping and filing of documents.
10. Support school events and any duties as assigned by school.
Qualifications
1. GCE O Level/N Level.
Qualities of Personnel
1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Able to read, write and converse in English.
3. Warm personality with good customer service skills and telephone etiquette skills.
4. Able to work independently.
5. Good team player with initiative.
Skills & Experience
1. 1 year's experience in reception / customer service.
2. Possess a basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
3. Experience with administrative work using MS Office would be advantageous.
4. Relevant working experience in a school setting would be advantageous.

Contract Period: From 30 Dec 2024 to 31 Dec 2025 with an option to extend
the Contract for Option Period 1 from 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026 and a further
Option Period 2 from 1 Jan 2027 to 31 Dec 2027.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
. Mondays to Thursdays: 9:30am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
. Fridays: 9:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
. Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
