Job Description

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answers, screens and directs phone calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain cleanliness for the reception area, meeting room and pantry.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, opening of letter box.
  • Maintaining and scheduling of meeting rooms.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff as needed.
  • Liaise with building management and vendors as needed.

Administrative Support:

  • Assist with general admin duties, including filing, data entry, submit claims, document printing and document preparation.
  • Maintain office and pantry supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Assist with organizing company events (e.g. in-house seminar) and team building activities.
  • Making travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma and above.
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Office.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
