Working Hrs: 42hrs/weekly
Responsibilities:
Reception
General Administration
1. Assist in the counting / sorting / packing / distribution of brochures or leaflets/items to the teachers and students.
2. Assist in the dissemination of information: school circulars, parents messages.
3. Inventory management of spare uniforms and first aid items.
4. Assist with the updating of Organisational Chart when new staff joins, or resigning staff leaves.
5. Assist with updating the attendance system on a daily basis, using the IT-enabled system of attendance tracking.
6. Any other duties assigned by School Leaders, Administrative Managers (AM) or Operation Managers (OM), including supporting school key personnel as assigned by the AM.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 GCE N Level passes including english & Mother tongue languages
2. Must be proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, MS Excel.
3. Possess customer service oriented disposition with good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Shall have at least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative role and/or front desk reception, preferably with prior working experience in an educational institution.
5. Able to relate well with young children.
