Responsibilities:
. Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service
. Promote our room package
. Familiar with POS system
. Assists in phone and online booking and WhatsApp reservations
. Handle walk-in customers enquires and complaints
. Karaoke room allocation and arrangement
. Register all check-in customers
. Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift
. Maintain a safe and clean environment
. Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work
. Communicate effectively with team members and management
. Ensure a neat and tidy appearance
. All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Requirements:
. Preferably 2-year working experience in Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
. Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
. Proactive and good communication skills
. Service-oriented
. Team player
. Able to work shifts
. Able to work on weekends and PH
. Willing to learn new software systems required for work
. Knowledgeable in Point of Sales (POS) is an advantage
. Good in oral and written communication
