Job Description
. Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner
. Answer all customer inquiries, both in-person and on the phone, in a timely and courteous manner
. Manage POS system
. Call regular customers for appointments
. Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
. Assist with customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
. Update daily sales report
. Ensure that all cashiering functions are carried out in accordance with Spa accounting procedures.
. Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by direct superior
Job Requirements
. Candidates with experience in the Beauty & Wellness industry are preferred
. Pleasing and service oriented
. Ability to communicate in Mandarin to handle of inquiries, and feedback from Mandarin speaking customers
. Tele-marketing experienced will be an added advantage
