This advertisement is recruiting for the position of Receptionist.
If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE primary school located in Admiralty Link.
Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2025 to 31 Dec 2025.
Option to Extend: for a further period of 1 year.
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 5:45pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
- Fridays: 8:30am to 5:15pm, inclusive of 45 minutes lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
The service required are set out as follows :
- Manning of General office counter during school office hours
- Provide support in administrative work that include simple sorting of documents, filing and data entry
- Render first aid to injured students coming to the General office
- Any other administrative tasks assigned by the Administration Manager and school leaders.
The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
- GCE O level qualification.
- 2 years experience in similar receptionist or counter jobs, with experience working in a Primary school context.
- Basic knowledge in computer skills, such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
The Personnel should also preferably have some experience in providing first-aid.
