Responsibilities:
. Provide good customer service in managing the phone calls and attend to client enquiries.
. Call, schedule and remind customers to confirm their appointment
. Provide admin, co-ordination and any other relevant support to the marketing team
in campaigns and promotions on social media platforms etc, when needed.
Requirements:
. 4 or 5 days x 4 hours worked week
. Basic PC skills required
. Customer service background would be an added advantage
. Friendly and warm personality
. Able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
. Preferably with some relevant work experience
