- Communicate with suitable candidates to prepare them for the role's hiring process.
- Build influential candidate relationships during the candidate selection process.
Requirements:
- Experience in F&B recruitment and process will be an advantage.
- Sales driven.
- People skills.
- Strong Sales and Business development skills for building candidate pool and lead generation.
- Confident in bringing in projects and job orders from client and good client management skills.
