Responsibilities:
. Conduct business development to acquire new clients through cold calling.
. Management and servicing of new & existing client accounts to increase/maintain market share.
. Understand client's manpower/HR needs and provide business solutions.
. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients and candidates to achieve high retention.
. Drafting and posting job advertisements on various job portal platforms.
. Fulfilment of job orders - source, interview and assess potential candidates according to clients job order requirements.
. Achieve monthly sales target set by the Management.
Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma / Degree
. At least 1 year of HR / talent acquisition / sales support / business development experience
. Must be driven and motivated
. Candidates with more years of experience can be considered Senior level
. Training will be provided for applicants with no recruitment experience
. Comfortable with fast paced working environment
