Recruitment Consultant
The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality resourcing solutions to support the recruitment team in meeting the hiring and service needs of both international and local clients, while also contributing to business growth. Leveraging your expertise and available resources, you will help the company deliver recruitment and other solutions within your assigned market sectors. As a key member of the COENS delivery team, your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing for qualified candidates as required by the recruitment team to meet client needs and fill open positions.
- Managing job vacancy qualifications, candidate screening and shortlisting, client submissions, and successful candidate placements.
- Serving as a search/requirement owner for project assignments within your assigned industry sectors.
- Building and maintaining an extensive network of qualified candidates in the relevant industries.
- Conducting thorough research to source for high-quality candidates for each vacancy, utilizing resources such as the company database, job portals, and your personal network.
- Meeting set recruitment and revenue targets while delivering prompt, quality service to candidates and accounts.
- Crafting compelling job advertisements and using effective strategies and tools to attract top candidates.
Job Requirements
- A Diploma or Degree with relevant experience in technical recruitment consulting is preferred candidates with a minimum of 2 years in a Senior role may be considered for Senior-level positions.
- Proven track record of successfully closing recruitment assignments across industry sectors such as Civil Infrastructure, Building Construction, Oil and Gas, Chemicals, Information Technology, and Renewable Energy is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit and place candidates for a wide range of roles, from technical field staff to corporate professionals, including mid-to-senior management and leadership positions.
- The role involves meeting set KPIs therefore, candidates with prior experience in sales, business development, or technical recruitment within a consulting or client-service environment, with demonstrated success in revenue generation and/or placements, are preferred.
- Results-driven, goal-oriented, and focused on achieving individual and team targets, excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative team player.
- Resilient mindset with a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges and handling rejections common in recruitment.
- Strong time management skills, highly resourceful, proactive, and self-motivated with the ability to plan and work independently when needed.
- Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented in approach.
- Can-do attitude: effectively and efficiently manage a series of tasks to a consistently high standard and deliver to tight timescales.
