Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.- Proactive sourcing of suitable candidates via different platforms.
Screening, interviewing and shortlisting potential candidates to match with the client requirements.
- Acquire new clients through business development/cold calling.
Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with clients and candidates.- Negotiate terms & offers between clients/companies and successful candidates.
Any ad-hoc duties as required.
CEI certified preferred.
- Preferably 1 years of proven track records in recruitment sales or other sales experiences.
Good understanding of sourcing and recruiting processes.- Confident, sales driven and results oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
