About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant with us, you'll work directly with leading institutions, startups, and corporates in the Banking and Financial Services sector. You'll leverage your recruitment acumen to match top talent with organizations poised for growth and transformation.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Source, engage, and place high-caliber talent across various front, middle, and back-office roles.
• Provide market insights, drive engagement, and deliver thoughtful, tailored recruitment solutions.
• Work collaboratively with our team, contributing to a positive and high-energy environment.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment within Financial Services or a related industry.
• Candidates with prior experience in FS front office roles are encouraged to apply, as your insights into the industry will be highly valuable.
