Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Consultant (Healthcare & Life Sciences) at PERSOLKELLY in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for graduate recruitment, consulting with clients, conducting interviews, effective communication, and recruiting top talent in the healthcare and life sciences industry.

• Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting skills
• Consulting and Interviewing skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Experience in healthcare or life sciences recruitment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
