RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (KAKI BUKIT)

Job Responsibilities

. Sourcing of clients in the Construction, Marine and Process (CMP) Sectors for their hiring needs on placement of foreign workers.

. Monitoring the hiring process to ensure no hiccup.

. Proactively connect with existing clients to build good relationships to secure continuous patronage of services.

. Sourcing of potential new clients via cold callings, emails marketing, social media platforms and etc.

. Conduct screening of candidates and follow up interviews if required by the clients.

Job Requirements

. Must have Certificate of Employment Intermediary (CEI-Basic)

. Applicants with experiences in placement of foreign workers from Bangladesh, India and NTS countries will be advantageous, fresh applicants are welcome as training will be provided.

. Proficient in MS Office.

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Positive working attitude, target-driven and a team player.

Working Hours

. Mon to Fri, office hours from 8.30am

Working Location

. In-between Ubi and Kaki Bukit MRT Station (Blue Line)

Basic salary EXCLUDING commission will range from $2,500 to $2,800 and commensurate with relevant experiences.
