Job Summary:
This role puts you at the center of our mission. As an Independent Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for understanding client needs, finding top talent, and delivering an exceptional recruitment experience. Main Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Management
- Work as a trusted consultant to understand clients hiring needs, ensuring the right talent is placed within their organizations.
- Source candidates through various platforms, including job portals, databases, and social media.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist resumes to match client requirements, conducting thorough pre-interview assessments.
- Provide career advice and guidance, empowering candidates as they navigate their career paths.
- Facilitate and finalize candidate agreements, ensuring smooth and successful placements.
2. Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, understanding their organizational needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Engage in transparent, professional communication to keep clients updated throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer valuable insights on market trends, talent availability, and best practices.
3. Recruitment Operations & Strategy
- Keep an organized pipeline of qualified candidates, proactively building networks to meet future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve recruitment techniques, contributing to a supportive work environment.
- Uphold a commitment to diversity and inclusivity in all hiring practices.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with proven expertise in managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with clients and candidates alike.
- Professionalism: A track record of successful consulting in recruitment or HR, with a hands-on approach to candidate and client management.
