Recruitment Consultant

We are an Executive Search firm specializing in mid to senior roles within the Accounting & Finance, IT, and other business function. As part of our expansion plan, we are currently seeking a Recruitment Associate to join our growing team.

Reporting to the Manager, the Recruitment Associate will be tasked with 360 degree recruitment function, which includes candidate searching and business development. Those without any recruitment experience can also apply, as training is provided.

Successful candidates can expect to work within a cohesive and well-bonded team in a fun and rewarding environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Some experience with 360 Degree recruitment is good to have, but not a must
• Candidate who is self-discipline, motivated, competitive, goal driven and resilient
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Working experience in sales or business development will be an advantage
