As a Recruitment Consultant (360 Degree) at Quess Singapore, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish for our Staffing Business Unit. This includes sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates, as well as developing and maintaining client relationships. You will play a crucial role in helping our clients find the best talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions
- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss requirements, progress, and feedback
- Negotiate terms of business and manage client expectations
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top talent
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide detailed candidate profiles and recommendations to clients
- Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and clients
- Offer negotiation and closing of candidates
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up to ensure successful placements and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (360 Degree) or in a similar full-cycle recruitment role
- CEI certified
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices in Singapore
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
