- Your job responsibilities includes:
Engage in full cycle of recruitment process.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and target sectors.
Accountable for sourcing, conducting interviews and assess job applicants in accordance to clients needs and requirements.- Employ skilled negotiation tactics to address client concerns and objections.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Conduct thorough assessments of candidates qualifications and skills, aligning them with suitable roles.
Evaluate candidates cultural compatibility through interviews and assessments, ensuring strong matches with clients.- Managing job offer process and negotiating salary package.
Negotiate job offers skillfully and oversee the onboarding process for successful candidates.
- Other administrative duties.
- Requirements for this job position:
Candidates with limited exposure in this field and is passionate to join this industry are welcomed to apply.
- Demonstrated experience as a Recruitment Consultant for at least 1 year will be preferred
Possess Strong negotiation and sales acumen to close deals and maintain client satisfaction
