Job Description:
- Support the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, candidate screening, and interviews
- Maintain an organized recruitment database
- Offer staffing solutions to meet client needs
- Comprehend job descriptions and prerequisites for available positions
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with both clients and jobseekers
- Source suitable candidates from various channels like databases, online platforms, and social media
- Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants for suitable placement
- Evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and experiences against job requirements
- Complete necessary paperwork for new hires
- Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Must have CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) Certification
- Must be able to work legally in Singapore
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for handling Mandarin speaking clients
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset, target-driven, and eager for challenges
- Capability to conduct various types of interviews
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and databases
- Skill in designing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Working knowledge of employment law and legislation
