Location: Clarke Quay (Near MRT)

5 Days Work Week (Flexi working hours)

Salary: $2,500 - $3,500 + Commission

We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You'll play a key role in connecting talent with exciting opportunities across industries.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Prepare candidates for interviews and provide career coaching
• Negotiate salaries and job offers
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Maintain a strong understanding of the job market and industry trends

Requirements:

• 1 year of recruitment experience preferably
• Training will be provided if without experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process
• A passion for building connections and helping people succeed
