Upper Spring Consulting is a headhunting firm based in Singapore. We pride ourselves as our client's Brand Ambassadors as we position ourselves as our clients HR Business Partner. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for mid-career-transition individual or experienced CEI-certified consultant to complement our existing team.
Responsibilities:
- 360 Recruitment Process (From Preparation, Talent Longlisting, Candidate shortlisting, interview arrangments and follow-up and finally onboarding and integration.)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Foster and maintain a long-term relationship with Clients and Candidates with good understanding of their environment and culture.
Requirements:
- Preferably be CEI Certified with relevant experience
- Ex-professionals who are ready to re-enter workforce will be considered.
