Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Consultant at WGT Events & HR Group. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for tasks such as graduate recruitment, consulting with clients on recruitment strategies, conducting interviews, and effective communication with both candidates and clients. The role is primarily located in Singapore but allows for flexibility with remote work.

• Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting skills
• Consulting experience and interviewing skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in recruitment processes
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
