Job Description

  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals/newspapers etc.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and select candidates to meet the company workforce requirement.
  • Analyze hiring data and propose improvements to raise the effectiveness of the hiring process.
  • Keep documentation of the recruitment process up to date
  • Participate in job fairs and career events
  • Keep up-to-date with the industry trend
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and HR statistics
  • Other ad-hoc HR duties as required

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Security Industry
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and managers.
  • A passionate individual, have a positive attitude with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, be meticulous, organized, and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, and a team player
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good computing skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experienced recruiters are welcome to apply
