Assist to screen candidates and coordinate interviews
You will conduct interview with the hiring officer to evaluate candidate's job relevant knowledge, soft skills and experiences
Ensuring hiring is consistent with company's or team's business goals
Utilized the conventional, unconventional and creative ways for advertising, post positions to appropriate internet sourcing, direct sourcing, use of social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
Perform reference checks for potential employees
Manage salary offer process, discussion, proposal and negotiation
Evaluate candidates backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit
Other ad hoc HR duties as assigned
The Requirements
Min Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resource, Business, A related discipline, or equivalent work experience
Strong written and verbal communication skill ability to present, persuade, influence and shift perspective as needed
Independent thinker with results focus-ability to quickly sort through information and develop effective solutions
Demonstrated knowledge of strategic sourcing strategies including direct sourcing,selection techniques and diversity recruiting
Ability to effectively build relationships across all levels of organization by establishing trust, credibility and adding value quickly
Strong business and people acumen ability to frame HR initiatives and expertise in a business context ability to think, act and speak strategically
Has a passion for creating healthy organizations, driving transformation and conducive culture as company's competitive advantage
