Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for leadership and professional roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and organizational culture.
  • Develop customized strategies for identifying, attracting, and hiring specialized professionals in the oil and gas industry.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications, industry experience, and cultural fit.
  • Understand and manage job requests from English and Chinese speaking clients and prepare corresponding bilingual proposal to Client. Able to take charge for further negotiation with Clients.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents in line with project needs
  • Performs a variety of operational duties and assists Line Manager on daily operational matters
  • Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide regular reports to management, utilizing insights to optimize recruitment processes.
  • Work closely with local and international teams to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in executive or leadership hiring, ideally within the oil and gas sector. Experience in a recruitment agency is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid understanding of candidate sourcing and management, including developing attraction strategies, conducting assessments, and negotiating offers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment while maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
  • Strong multitasking abilities with a capacity to handle tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
