We are looking forRecruitment Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and placing foreign workers for clients in the Construction, Manufacturing, and Process (CMP) sectors. This role involves a combination of business development, client management, and candidate sourcing to achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the CMP sector through cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

Understand client hiring needs and requirements to provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.

Source and attract suitable candidates for client vacancies through various channels.

Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.

Prepare and submit candidate profiles to clients.

Coordinate the interview process and provide feedback to candidates and clients.

Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the company.

Utilize sales and customer service skills to build rapport and trust with clients.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and candidate information.
