Team Introduction The University Relations and Recruitment team plays an integral part as a key focal point between the business and students. We are responsible for providing a best-in-class experience to students that showcase the organization's people, culture & technology through events and programmes to attract, recruit high potential students. Responsibilities 1. Support regional teams to develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and colleges to support campus recruitment efforts 2. Support regional teams to manage campus recruitment activities and events to attract top talent 3. Implement and localize the global campus recruitment strategy within different regions, ensuring alignment with overall global objectives 4. Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of campus recruitment strategies in different regions 5. Provide regular reports and insights to leaders on recruitment progress, challenges, and opportunities 6. Ensure the successful execution of campus recruitment initiatives by coordinating with regional teams and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications 1. Proven ability to identify and attract top talent and foster an inclusive environment while providing learning & growth opportunities 2. Data sensitivity, strong judgment, open-mindedness, strong learning ability, and adaptability to changing environments 3. Strong operations management skills, including the ability to develop project charters and implement well-structured plans to facilitate efficient collaboration within the team 4. Ability to travel as needed for recruitment initiatives. Preferred Qualifications 1. Minimum 5 years of experience in recruiting, human resources management, or talent identification, with a focus on university recruiting and engagement, preferably within the tech industry 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate priorities and foster collaboration with stakeholders.
