What you are responsible for

• Establish new business relationships, all while providing high level of customer service with existing business partners and candidates
• Provide curated consultation with clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations
• Engaging 360 degrees end-to-end recruitment from job posting, sourcing, screening and selection of the right candidates
• Negotiate terms of business with clients and job offers to candidates

Who are we looking for

• You should have a Degree in any discipline
• Passionate in driving quality in everything you do
• Self-driven and enthusiastic individual with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Specialized in Commodities, Shipping, Engineering, Banking & Finance and Healthcare recruitment sales is preferred
• Candidates who has relevant industry experience who is keen to do recruitment are strongly encouraged to apply
• Possess CEI Certification (Basic) is highly preferred! (Must be willing to take the certification before/within probation of joining)

Additional Information

• Base Salary: Up to S$3,000 & above (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualification)
• Amazing and convenient location in the East with public transport a stone throws away from the office
