To be a successful Recruitment Consultant, you must excel in the following activities.

• Strategic business development with a strong focus on solutions. We do not just recruit for our clients but offer them a full fletch of HR services
• Utilize internal resources fully including our dedicated research team, structured training materials and system support
• Provide consultation to both clients and candidates and fully understand their needs
• Create a WIN-WIN situation between both parties using your strong negotiation skills and management of expectations.
