Job Description

The Role

We are looking for Recruitment Specialists with any prior experience in sales, recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition to assist in a large-scale contracting project focused on hiring 100 engineers. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn essential candidate management and assessment skills, with exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. High-performing interns may be considered for a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact sourced candidates to brief them on the role
  • Liaise with canddiates to ensure completion of technical assessments in the shortest possible timeframe
  • Conduct candidate interviews for shortlisted talent to Assess candidates on key competencies, skills, and cultural fit to meet client expectations.
  • Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing an exceptional candidate experience and maintaining a positive employer brand.
  • Support administrative recruitment tasks, including scheduling interviews, managing candidate data, client onboarding and maintaining accurate records in the Snaphunt Platform

Ideal Profile

Requirements

  • Prior experience in Sales, recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is preferred.
  • Strong goal orientation with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage candidates effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
