Assist in all aspects of brand management sales, marketing including admin support.
Brand's key liaison person, ensuring all outstanding matters are attended to with management's instruction.
Handle distribution & replenishment of stocks for local and regional POS
Provide after sales service co-ordination and handling of all customers enquiries and complains.
Conduct sales and competitor's analysis
Updating of monthly sales and stock figures for analysis
Updating and maintaining the database of brand customers
Monitor stocks, accessories, and A&P materials from factory, making sure that all materials are properly documented and disseminated and to coordinate the dissemination of materials.
Preparation and processing of stocks and POS materials for advertising & promotion.
Coordination and changing of store visuals, duratrans, posters, etc. Ensuring that all visuals are up-to-date.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant working experience preferably in the luxury retail industry
Diploma/Degree holders
Good command of written and spoken English
Good communication skill
Adept in a fast-paced environment
Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to details
