Regional Business Analyst (Prestige Beauty)

Our Client:

Our Client is a prestige beauty company that originated in Italy. We seek a regional Business Analyst (Two Year Contracts -Renewable/ Convertible) to join the dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

. Comprehensive Sales Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly sales reports, monitor performance, and conduct deep-dive analyses by channel and product line.

. Monthly Financial Reporting: Oversee key reports including sellout consolidation, T&E expenses, Advertising & Promotion reviews, pricing accuracy checks, and sales budget support.

. Budget and Strategic Planning: Assist in the budget process, revisions, and 3-year strategic planning coordinate submissions and ensure alignment across departments.

. Procurement and Compliance Oversight: Monitor purchase procedure compliance, manage POs, and provide guidance on procurement system best practices.

. IT and Project Collaboration: Partner with IT teams to support and implement new finance-related systems and functionalities (SAP/POS/BW), alongside managing ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements

. Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance.

. 3+ years in finance

. Good Excel/PowerPoint skills

. Fluent in English, good communication skills

. Ability to work in a team, self-organised, disciplined and hands-on

. High level of professionalism and attention to detail
