Objectives of the Position:
Support the development of a market strategy focused on setting goals, identifying target audiences, and assessing market needs.
Help refine messaging, build a strong value proposition, and assist in team structuring.
Ensure pricing strategies and demand generation efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
Main Tasks
Strategic Leadership:
Assist in setting strategic goals, identifying audiences, and evaluating market opportunities.
Support the creation of a value proposition and pricing strategies that align with business goals.
Help organize teams to drive demand generation.
Financial and Performance Management:
Implement strategies to meet financial targets, regularly monitoring and adjusting regional tactics.
Use regional insights to prioritize product development and respond to market trends.
Business Development and Planning:
Develop business plans for new projects and initiatives.
Oversee product launches and stay informed about competitors in the region.
Market Intelligence and Sales Optimization:
Collect and analyze regional market data to inform business decisions.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and refine customer segments.
Act as the main point of contact for key regional customers.
Team Leadership and Stakeholder Engagement:
Serve as the primary contact for the regional technology team.
Manage relationships with stakeholders and key customers.
Be willing to travel up to 30% of the time, including internationally.
Requirements
Education: Masters degree in a relevant field such as chemistry, engineering, or business administration. An MBA is a plus.
Skills and Knowledge:
Experience in business development or a related field.
Strong strategic thinking, communication, and sales skills.
Ability to manage projects, stakeholders, and teams across different regions.
