Regional Business Operations & Strategy Manager
We are a fast-growing AI chatbot company focused on revolutionizing customer interactions through advanced AI solutions. Our mission is to enable businesses to leverage the power of AI to enhance customer service, engagement, and satisfaction across industries.
We are seeking a motivated and strategic Regional Business Operations & Strategy Manager to drive business operations, support regional expansion efforts, and play a crucial role in product strategy for our AI chatbot solutions. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Business Development, to ensure seamless operations, support sales pitches, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives in the region.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Operations Management
a. Oversee day-to-day business operations in the region, ensuring alignment with company objectives and operational efficiency.
b. Streamline processes and implement best practices to optimize operational performance and productivity.
2. Regional Business Expansion
a. Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's footprint in the region, identifying new market opportunities and partnerships.
b. Conduct market analysis to understand regional needs, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
c. Collaborate with local teams to adapt and implement business expansion plans effectively.
3. Sales Pitches & RFPs
a. Work closely with the Management teams to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals for RFPs.
b. Tailor messaging and product value propositions to meet client needs, addressing specific challenges and opportunities within the region.
c. Assist in crafting winning proposals by showcasing the company's unique capabilities and AI-driven solutions.
4. Product Strategy Support
a. Collaborate with the Product team to align product features and roadmap with regional market needs and customer feedback.
b. Provide insights into market trends, customer demands, and competitive landscape to help shape product development priorities.
c. Act as a liaison between the Product and Sales teams to ensure the product strategy supports growth initiatives and addresses client requirements.
Qualifications
. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
. Experience: 5+ years in business operations, strategy, or a related role in the technology or SaaS industry, preferably in AI or chatbot solutions.
. Proven track record of managing regional business operations and driving business expansion in competitive markets.
. Experience in supporting sales teams with RFPs, pitches, and proposal development.
. Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and chatbot technologies is highly desirable.
