OVERVIEW OF JOB
This is a very high profile & senior position within GroupM, where you'll have responsibility for running a portfolio of high-profile multinational brands with services scope focused on innovation, communications planning and media campaign implementation management, by leveraging your insights, analytics and strategy skill set.
You will lead the client relationship while also being responsible for maintaining the quality of contracted services, lobbying additional assignments as well as developing appetite for and building revenues from out-of-scope offerings and value add services. As well as driving top-level client scores and advocacy across markets, you'll be aligning market teams on the global tools suites, driving test/learn digital innovations and apply analytics in a consistent fashion to steer investment decisions.
As the Regional Client Leader on this major account, you will be tasked with meeting KPI's, driving adaptive marketing initiatives, the allocation of resources, process and systems, across the portfolio.

Being the Client Leader on one of GroupM's most interesting and change-ready accounts, you will be the trusted advisor not just to the client at an exciting time, but for internal (regional / global) touch-points on the local market. Good performance on this account will further strengthen GroupM's overall global relationship with this client.
MEASURES OF SUCCESS
3 months: To become completely familiar with the client's organizational structure, planning process, marketing calendar and the needs of key stakeholders. To arrive at top of mind understanding of the business - it's challenges, and KPIs.
6 months: Have built a complete understanding of the markets, and have guided representation on quarterly reviews and agreed priorities.
12 months: Full grasp of the business relationship, independent representation on quarterly reviews and delivery of KPIs.
